Look, not everyone has their eyes glued to the IRC 24/7. We have other windows open, or we may be AFK. Chill out and be patient. Now, this guy I showed in the example above, yeah, I don't think I'd want him around anyway. He was probably too young to even be a member here. I mostly told him to stay as a joke. But, seriously, don't spaz out if you don't get a response in under a minute. I don't think I even reply to my IM's in that short amount of time.
